Inquiries from potential customers will be deleted 18 months after the inquiry is resolved, unless a longer retention period is required for documentation purposes, such as for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Inquiries from existing customers will be deleted three years after termination of the contractual relationship, unless a longer retention period is required for documentation purposes.
