Starts with an assessment for the leader and their sellers. Ends with a bigger pipeline and deals that close faster.
Deals don't fail because of one bad meeting. They fail because of small misalignments early in the sales cycle that compound over time. The fix is not a new methodology or a bigger swing. It's a 2mm shift in the grip. This program teaches your managers to find that shift for every seller on their team.
Your sales manager joins a small cohort of 8 managers from noncompetitive companies. Everyone starts with an assessment from Objective Management Group, the world's leading sales-specific evaluation: the manager plus up to 5 sellers. That's the MRI we coach from.
For six months they get biweekly coaching on sales leadership disciplines and selling competencies, with content they take back to run with their own team. Managers coach their real team on their real pipeline, and because everyone in the room comes from a different company, it's the one place they can be honest about what's not working.
Below them, a team that needs their confidence. Above them, a VP who needs their commits. Nowhere to say "I'm not sure this is working." The club is that place: eight frontline sales managers from noncompetitive companies, no politics, every session. It's the room they can't get at work. That's the point.
Spotting the trends and gaps, and coaching the smallest adjustment that creates the biggest difference. Every seller gets a personal action plan in month one and six months of coaching on how to work it.
A video lesson and a ready-to-run scripted deck for every topic, built to teach in their own team meetings between club sessions. Works with any methodology. We teach the 21 core competencies that underpin all of them, including how sellers use AI productively. Everyone retakes the assessment at six months.
AGS builds AI into go-to-market work for a living, and it runs through every week of this program. Every club session shows the manager how to use AI to coach and lead more effectively. Every workshop they run with their team does the same for their sellers. Not AI instead of selling; AI so there's more time to sell.
Read the assessment data the way we do and build every seller's action plan in a conversation that creates buy-in.
Diagnose pipeline gaps and coach real urgency on deals already in play. The early win lives here.
AI market signals on where to hunt and how to differentiate. Coach consistent, accountable prospecting.
Deep discovery and the two-sale mentality: why change and why now before why us.
Consistency across every motion, plus time management and leverage for leader and seller.
Retake the assessment, measure what moved, redefine the plans, deliver the executive sponsor readout.
Managers who follow our practices and protocols see gains in team competencies, deal velocity, and pipeline. We baseline metrics at kickoff. If your manager does the work and the numbers haven't moved at six months, we keep coaching at no additional cost, until they do.
The founding cohort begins the week of September 1. Assessments run the week of August 17 so every manager starts with their data in hand. Applications close Friday, August 14.
The founding rate ends with this cohort.
Apply for a seatWe've been coaching sales managers for decades, one at a time. It works. It doesn't scale: there are always more managers who need it than hours to coach them.
The club puts that coaching in a room, and the room turns out to be the thing managers were missing all along. The coaching makes them better. The community keeps them going.
We're starting with a small group of trusted colleagues whose feedback will shape the program. As we prove it out, we'll open more seats. For now, eight on purpose: a room that size means everyone gets coached every session, and nobody can hide. Apply, and we'll set up 30 minutes to make sure it's a fit, for you and for the cohort.

I've spent more than fifteen years inside hundreds of sales organizations, from B2B SaaS to manufacturing floors, and most of that time standing next to frontline managers trying to move a number. I built the AGS diagnostic methodology because I kept watching companies buy training before anyone understood the problem. Along the way we've evaluated more than 15,000 sellers, and clients tell me the data reads like a crystal ball: I can tell them which deals will stall and why before anyone else sees it. It isn't psychic. It's pattern recognition, and it's teachable.

I've spent my career one level up from the deal: how executive teams, boards, and private equity firms think about revenue, and where organizational change actually sticks. I wrote Selling the Cloud and Data and Diagnosis-Driven Selling, and I've advised organizations like Genpact and BCG on growth and go-to-market transformation. These days much of my work is AI strategy, separating where AI creates real leverage in a revenue organization from where it's just expensive noise. I lead the AI advisory practice at AGS, and alongside KK I co-host Selling Intelligence, where we work through all of it in the open.
No. A methodology tells sellers what to do. The 21 competencies decide whether they can. We coach the competencies; keep your methodology. It'll work better.
The club is for first line managers. Sellers get the six workshops, taught by their manager in team meetings on the opposite weeks. That is the design.
One 90 minute session every other week (Club Weeks), plus the workshop the manager runs with their team on opposite weeks (Team Weeks).
The re-assessment sets a new action plan, and the sales team training toolkit is theirs to keep.
The seller results, a baseline at kickoff, progress updates, and a full readout. The manager's own evaluation stays confidential to the manager; they can choose to share it, and choosing privacy signals nothing. Honest data requires it.
Founding members receive a rate that will not exist after this cohort, and it's less than most companies spend sending one manager to a two-day workshop. We'll walk you through it on the application call.
Because managers learn as much from each other as from us. Peers from noncompetitive companies trade experience and ideas, and what's said in the club stays in the club.
The Selling Intelligence podcast is where we work through sales management, coaching, and revenue diagnostics in the open. Start with an episode and get a feel for how we think.
Listen to Selling IntelligenceWe'll follow up with 30 minutes to walk you through the program and make sure it's a fit.
Apply for a seatThe founding cohort is eight frontline sales managers, chosen. Founding members agree to work with AGS to refine and optimize the program as we go, and to provide a testimonial after a successful experience, in exchange for a significant founding discount. We're picky on purpose: no competing businesses in the same cohort, and no spectators. Managers who join commit to attending every session and teaching the workshops to their own team on the off weeks.
Applications close Friday, August 14, 2026. Assessments run the week of August 17, and the first cohort begins the week of September 1, 2026.
